I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming a food blogger, and I certainly never imagined I’d be cooking some of my favorite meals in a camper van.
But somewhere between road trips, campground dinners, and evenings spent around the campfire, I realized food has a wonderful way of turning ordinary moments into unforgettable memories.
Some of our favorite meals weren’t made in a beautiful kitchen.
They were made after long hikes, beach sunsets, and days spent exploring places we’d never been before.
That’s when Leslie Cooks in a Van was born.
Every recipe you’ll find here is tested in our camper van and in a traditional kitchen, because I want you to enjoy making them no matter where you call home.
Because great food isn’t about where you cook.
